This sign reminds me of when I worked at the Helms Bakery in Culver City,California back in the 60's. I got fired for always being on the loaf, but actually I was going to quit anyway because I wasn't making enough dough or bread to survive. I eventually went to work for another Bakery as a pilot and would take the loafs of bread and pilot from over here to over there.
