The Eldorado

I sometimes find old photos and I'll even buy a bunch if the price is right. Last night I went thru a batch pulling out some that seem to make some sort of "better than the others" cut when I came across this one.

It almost looks too good to be just an old snapshot maybe that's why I like it.

Doo Poo

So here is another magnetic toy I have in my growing collection.

No Man ,No Woman but the Pup you've always wanted..

I like the warning on the back
"DO NOT OPEN PLASTIC DOME OVER FACE"
and also check out how they used the dog house art with the toy from the front in the backyard scene on the back. There is also that mysterious hand using the toy attached to the front of the dog house. I also noticed that the kid playing with the toy is also adding a hat to one of the dogs around him.
Thanks for dropping by the Ranch

Zip Reading

Part of my Mr. Zip collection

This book is about Mr. Zip and the mail, but all the illustrations inside do not picture Mr. Zip doing anything. It does show a mail man with the text is calling him Mr. Zip. I guess they wanted readers to think Mr. Zip was the postman luckily we all know who the real guy is.

Nacho

Sometimes while rummaging thru boxes at the junk swap you find things like this

all crumpled up in a old box of nuts and bolts. I bought a small assortment of future Robot pieces and toss this in the box too. With the way some of the seller are at this swap they probably would have wanted $5.00 for it by itself. Thanks for dropping by Have a great Friday........
