My wife did an estate sale years ago and he was the owner of Albecks in Arcadia. We found a couple of pictures of the place so now I can share one of them with the world. I like the way they juxtapose "Little Thin" hotcakes with "BIG" burgers. One question for you all ????? is there a difference between Hotcakes and Pancakes? Thanks for dropping by....

The building doesn't look familiar. Where in Arcadia was it located? Looks like the house in back was attached.
I am not sure of the address if I find the menu that should have it. The estate was in arcadia and I know his place was not far from it.
you'd think being 'pancakemama' i'd know the difference, but alas, i do not. something to look up for sure...
