Great box! The "tiny paper lids" are from milk bottles.
Those lids are tiny only like 1/2 inch in diameter maybe a lid for condements.
Those are small! My guess is that they are from individual servings of cream. Years ago, cream for coffee came in a very small glass bottle. The bottle was approximately an inch high by an inch in diameter.
