The back view of the van after a show last sunday. I did get rid of 7 wood crates but somehow I ended up buying about the same volume of new crates so it was another tight pack to get it all home.



I promise the inside of our home is the exact reverse except maybe the office.

We were in Las Vegas for a wedding last weekend and hit a few of the Antique malls. Not much to report but I did end up buying a whole lobster trap full of Maine Lobster pins.

Jack Award

There were 2 of these Jack in the box Oscar style awards at the show on Sunday. They were very nice and heavy no cheap metal or plastic was used. They were dated 1998 to the same employee. I thought about getting them but at 50.00 each I passed plus I try and avoid metal statues unless they are painted. I did do a search and the only picture of one online was off the Jack in the Box website about employee perks. I wonder how many they have given out since this is the first time I have seen or heard of them?

Boxes and stuff

Hit a load of boxes today at the show. They all came from one dealer and most were early oil company ones. My favorite is the Polar Bear Zeroline one. I also got a nice ladder from a Los Angeles Company.I had quite a stack of stuff to load into my VW beetle but they somehow all fit with just enough room for me to drive them home.
