They are all hand drawn in chalk and what looks like grease pencil. The cigar even has some red glitter. There is a date 1941 in ball point on the back of 1 plus a signature from the artist i am guessing.
They remind me of the art you often see framed in restaurants.

Gotta love the Pep Boys! Agreed that it could be concept art, a concept they've stuck with.
